Career Counselling and Placement Cell of Panihati Mahavidyalaya strives to guide students in identifying their career goals and motivating them to enhance their skills in order to accomplish their career objectives. Keeping in mind their interests, competence, and acquired knowledge, this Cell aims to help these young and enthusiastic students to grab every opportunity that comes in their way for building specialized careers. The main objective of the Cell is to organize campus recruitment drives for part-time and full-time jobs across different sectors. In addition, the Cell organizes grooming sessions and also provides counselling to students through various leadership and training programmes with a view to make them job-ready.
